1. Enforcement provisions
The Association argues that the requirements contained in the Special Plan would be ineffective unless accompanied by an enforcement regime, at least by reference to applicable legislation. The submission warns of a possible increase in visits to the Serra de Tramuntana and the need to address conduct that may harm the environment.
2. Liability for damage
The submission asks for rules on liability for damage, both where route users suffer harm and where users damage paths or private property, and argues that the public authority promoting the route should assume responsibility for its maintenance.
